Bowl For Kids' Sake
Big Brothers Big Sisters of the North Bay invites you to our biggest, most popular event, the 27th annual Bowl For Kids’ Sake fundraiser in both Marin & Sonoma Counties. Supporters of Big Brothers Big Sisters raise funds to come out to Double Decker Lanes and Country Club Bowl for a fun day of free soda, prizes, music, and T-shirts! Bocce For Kids' Sake
Big Brothers Big Sisters of the North Bay’s 2nd Annual Bocce for Kids' Sake Tournament is on August 14th. The fun and festivities include live music, a rolling accuracy contest, a raffle with a host of fabulous prizes, a wine and beer bar, and a family-friendly day of fun in the sun.
Golf For Kids' Sake
The 39th Annual Golf for Kids’ Sake tournament was held on Monday, October 5th, 2009 at the Links at Bodega Harbour in Bodega Bay. It was a beautiful sunny day amid spectacular surroundings. This “Scramble” tournament included registration gifts, hole in one contests, tournament awards, lunch, appetizers, silent auction and past Golf For Kids’ Sake golfers received a certificate for an additional round of golf at The Links at Bodega Harbour. There were many prizes awarded at the event. Gene Fanucchi won the Putting Contest, Closest to the Pin went to Genie Houston & Ken Tarrant. Both Long Drive and Accuracy Drive went to Ron Cummings. Guests enjoyed the beautiful surroundings, perched along the spectacular Sonoma County Coast.
Morning of Inspiration
Morning of Inspiration was held on Friday, November 6, 2009, at the Mill Valley Community Center. Guests learned how to help children who need mentors by being inspired by former CNN anchor, author, creator and host of DarynKagan.com, and Big Sister Daryn Kagan; 2 adult Littles Gwendolyn Cook and Nico van Praag; and Big Brother John Turnacliff and his Little Brother Diamonte. As always, it was the perfect start to the holiday season.
Warriors Night
On Sunday, February 21, 2010, the Golden State Warriors take on the Atlanta Hawks and a portion of each ticket sold goes directly back to Big Brothers Big Sisters of the North Bay! Enjoy a day of fun with family and friends, while cheering on our Warriors!!!
